Overview
At Diztore, you buy only when you’re completely sure. Our unique Select · Try · Pay · Wear experience lets you check the color, size, and fit at the time of delivery or trial before making payment.
Because you confirm satisfaction before purchase, all sales are final once payment is completed.
No Refunds or Exchanges

No Refunds: After you have approved and paid for an item during your trial session, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

No Exchanges: Size or color changes must be decided during the try-on appointment. Once paid, the order is considered complete.
Before You Pay

Inspect the product thoroughly during your scheduled trial.

Confirm that the color, size, fabric, and overall fit meet your expectations.

Only proceed with payment once you are 100% satisfied.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item is delivered to you damaged before you try it on, please inform our delivery associate immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, provided you have not completed payment.
